The Township Manager manages the day to day operations of Crescent Township. He serves as a central point of contact between board, staff and general public and provides for continuity of operations through Board membership. He sees that all laws and Township Ordinances are enforced, hears and attempts to resolve all resident complaints, as well as manages and supervises all improvements and undertakings of the Township.

The Township Secretary is the primary assistant to the Manager, a source of important day-to-day information.   The Secretary's primary function includes, but not limited to, Administrating the payroll; Accounts receivable and payable; Reconciliation of all checking and savings accounts; Maintaining all files and records; Booking Township facilities; Providing monthly reports; and the first point of contact for incoming calls and public inquiries.
